Job Description - Social Media Manager
This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will manage social media marketing and communication activities. This includes creating and implementing social media strategies, creating content, Social Media Optimization (SMO), and writing for various platforms and audiences.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SMM, Email, etc)
- Manage and oversee the creation of high-quality content – visual, graphic, video and written – for the social media platforms
- Develop a robust social media strategy to boost following and visibility across various platforms and target campaigns to penetrate right market reach
- Analyze, review, and report on the effectiveness of digital campaigns to optimize results using the appropriate KPIs.
- Drive marketing programs that are highly targeted basis content affinity of relevant segmented audience cohorts.
- Manage all efforts and goals on organic and digital paid media: Display, Paid Social, App.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing content.
- Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spending and performance based on the insights.
Qualification
- Social Media Marketing, Meta Targeting, Facebook Ads
- Out-of-the-box ideas, and creativity
- Experience in developing and implementing content strategies
- Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
- Strong writing skills for a variety of platforms and audiences
- Experience with Canva for Graphic design or similar design software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Influencer marketing experience is an add-on
- Any Degree
- 3+ years of experience
